Member SBC: declaration** of member with 2018 regular dues must be send at registration process.

Studant: enrolment** (updated and signed) must be send at registration process.

Companion: does not recieve certificatn or attendee material.

**Documents will be validated by X CBC committee. Please be aware of deadlines. Registrations should be done preferible 48h before the deadline to avoid payment delay. 

Registration fee refunds of 80% will be done for orders up to August 31 and 50% up to September 30, 2018. As of October 2018, there will be no refund of the registration fee.
